GTMS Compliance is quick, efficient and thorough; producing complete document sets, screening trade partners, while meeting governmental filing requirements. Encompassing inbound and outbound country border requirements, this multi-lingual, web browser based application is secured through encrypted communications. GTMS Compliance will support multiple country tariff control numbering while storing product identifiers and support attributes such as size, weights, dimensions, hazardous, packaging, country of origin, etc.

Now connected to leading ERP systems, GTMS Compliance will correctly competently transition product shipment data to down-stream local and global carriers, government agencies and 3 and 4PL partners.

Reporting

All GTMS applications utilize the Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services to generate all documentation. Reporting Services provides the ability to customize reports as templates in various languages and formats. Reports can be generated by subscription, on demand, by scheduled distribution or be continuously available via secure web access. Templates can be uniquely customized on an individual customer, site or carrier basis. The Compliance application currently generates the following documents:

Bill Of Lading
Certificate of Origin
Proforma Invoice
Shippers Export Declaration (SED)
Single Administrator Document
Canadian Customs Invoice
Shippers' Letter of Instruction
Packing Lists
User defined documents (Wood, Quality certs...)

Export Review

The Compliance application continuously reviews the entire shipment database flagging address entries which are contained on the following lists:

Denied Persons
Unverified Entities
Entity List
Specially Designated Nationals
Debarred List
Nonproliferation Sanctions
Other national country lists
User defined lists

External System Interface

All modules in the GTMS system utilize a standard interface to all external systems. The interface can be configured as follows:

Pull method - GTMS requests real-time information from MRP, ERP or other system(s)
Push method - GTMS waits for input from an external system
Web services - GTMS exposes web services to load data directly into the system

The GTMS system connects to several external systems simultaneously pulling data from various systems based upon order identification to help companies in transition. This connection can be accomplished using a variety of methods such as:

The GTMS system currently supports connectivity to Oracle 11i, GDE and CICS/OPS.
