Robert began his working life as a manufacturing and software engineer and he has worked many levels
within manufacturing, software development and consulting organizations on a broad range of projects in
various industries. Robert has been building various elements of this technology for the past thirty
(30) years. Eight years ago he saw an opportunity to lead a project that was a leader in the logistics
arena for a large manufacturing organization. Four years ago the consulting company which contracted
Robert's managerial experience to the large manufacturing company dropped support for the project.
Robert approached the manufacturing company with the opportunity to start GLD Solutions to manage and
develop the technology further and to market the software as a standard logistics product. Robert is
the President and CEO of GLD Solutions, Inc.
Christopher Yager
VP Engineering
Positions held: Software Architect (Energy Industry), Instructor, Software Engineer (Election Industry),
Programmer (Manufacturing)
Chris has been developing software applications for various industries since
the early 90's. Over his career he has progressively sought more challenging projects and experience
with a customer-centric development focus. As a Microsoft Certified Developer (MCSD) Chris has the
skills necessary to develop comprehensive enterprise applications and has done so in Manufacturing,
Election Systems, Energy, Construction, and Logistics. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Chris has the
skills and experience to properly mentor his team. Drawing on his experience in developing enterprise
level applications, Chris created the design for the GTMS system and continues to move the system forward.
Roger Bryant
VP Sales and Marketing

Salesman (Process Controls Industry).
Roger L. Bryant, Vice President Sales and Marketing has 32.5 years of order administration, product sales and
global logistics management. With a bachelor's degree in Business, Roger has reduced over $23MM in logistics
costs through technology usage, systems integration and global freight understanding.
